This is a fully automatic boiled egg manufacturing and peeling machine for quail eggs. All processes are performed automatically and continuously just by inserting raw quail eggs. There are three capacities of 15,000, 30,000 and 60,000 pieces per hour.

どんな数量でも設定可能な、ゆで卵計数機です。不足数量がある場合、自動で補充します。
本機は２列のコンベアから成り立っています。不足数量がある場合、１ケ用のコンベアが不足数を補充します。シーケンスによる積算の為、数量ミスは有りません。能力に合わせて、(２ケ＋１) (５ケ＋１) (９ケ＋１) の３種類をご用意できます。包装機連動タイプとバケツ投入タイプの２種類を用意してあります。
The machine consists of two conveyor lines. If the quantity is insufficient, we will replenish it with a conveyor dedicated to 1 piece. There is no quantity mistake because it is calculated by PLC (sequence control). There are two types: the packaging machine interlocking type and the bucket loading type. Three types of (2 + 1) (5 + 1) (9 + 1) are available according to the capacity.
